Psiadia altissima—rare oil steam distilled from the dried blossoms, leaves and twigs. Also known as Iary or “Dingadingala". Origin is Madagascar. The aroma is woody, pine-like, resinous with hints of eucalyptus and occasionally citrusy pineapple. Said to serve as a substitute for Frankincense in aromatherapy blends. (Although it is MUCH more expensive. Like, if I didn’t already have a small amount, I doubt I’d be buying any.)
CAUTION: Avoid during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding. Do not use for children under 7 years of age. Avoid application to eyes, ears and intimate areas of the body.
