Yuzu




Citrus junos-distilled from peels or as an absolute. Similar to Bergamot, but with sweeter, more tangy notes. Also known as Japanese Citron. Fruit indigenous to Japan that is a cross between a grapefruit and an orange. They also use it to flavor vinegars, soups, seafood dishes, sauces, and salads. It is used in aromatherapy for about the same purposes as ORANGE. It's more expensive than most citrus  but much less expensive than Neroli.  Combines with almost any other oil. Class: Monoterpene. Primarily limonene, myrcene, y-terpinene, linalool.
