Cilantro




C Coriandrum Sativum—steam distilled from leaves. Has a wonderful fragrance, just like the herb. Can be used in guacamole, lime shrimp, fajitas, tortilla soup, etc. The oil is a large element in the considerable beneficial properties of cilantro. Also used in perfumes and commonly mixed with fragrances of citrus and bergamot to make a lingering and pleasant after-aroma. 

The oil from the seeds is CORIANDER.

Appears to be non-toxic, non-sensitizing, non-irritant at low doses. Avoid with fibroids and breast cancer.


CHARACTER (Similar to CORIANDER): The Fresh Connector” “Depth of Expression "   Enlivening, Motivating, Encouraging, Intriguing, Penetrating, Cleansing, Invigorating, Awakening, Lively, Brisk, Refreshing Clarity through movement and lightness. A cool breeze in a warm kitchen.
