Cilantro

Coriandrum Sativum—steam distilled from leaves.  It has a wonderful fragrance, just like the herb. Can be used in guacamole, lime shrimp, fajitas, tortilla soup, etc. The oil is a large element in the considerable beneficial properties of cilantro.
