Energy Types...How to Use in Aromatic Profiling

When an "Energy Type" is given, it is my subjective, but intuitive opinion.  When it comes to fragrance and Energy Type, it's not as if we are limited to ones corresponding to our own Energy Type.  It can be a guide in choosing a particular oil to use.  Because there are so many oils, it can help narrow a choice.  Or…it can be a guide to help us choose something to "complement" or bring out facets of the other Energy Types in us.  We have all energies within us, but lead with a dominant one. (For example, I lead with a dominant Type 2 with a Type 4 secondary.  There are times when I would like to be more animated and dynamic.  The Types 1 and 3 energies can help do that for me.)  For more information on Energy Types, visit http://myenergyprofile.com/free-course/
To determine your "Aromatic Personality", read through the Personality descriptions.  Jot down the oils that have descriptions that seem to resonate with you. Use your own intuition. The Aromatic Personality can not only be used to assist us in making choices of which oil to use, but can be enjoyable!  The numbers given may be used as either/or…or as primary/secondary.  They are more intended to be a GUIDE as to which ones to look at first.
Some of the oils are, of course, more "medicinal" and suited to physical uses.  Some are definitely more suited to emotional...and most have both.
Each profile also has a list and links to my intuitively created blends that contain that particular oil.
