Clary Sage

Salvia sclerea-distilled from the flowering tops and leaves.  Sweet, nutty herbaceous scent.  Used in soaps, detergents and perfumes. I use just a very small amount in many of my blends. Closely related to garden SAGE, but does not contain any toxic compounds.

 

CAUTIONS: Generally considered non-toxic, possibly mildly irritating, non-sensitizing,  Dilute well for topical use.
