Blue Tansy

 Tanacetum annuum--   steam distilled from the flowers and leaves.  This annual Tansy is a safe and mild anti-inflammatory with a delightfully fresh, honeyed apple sweet scent. Wine-like with camphorous and herbaceous undertones. Chamazulene is what causes the blue color. It is not to be confused with tanacetum vulgare, the perennial Tansy usually grown in gardens.

CAUTIONS: Best to avoid during pregnancy and for babies.  Appears safe based on chemistry.  Dilute well  (to 5% or less) for topical use.  Suitable for diffusing and inhalation.
